A training institute in Bihar sets new environmental benchmarks

Located in Patna, Bihar, the Centre of Excellence (CoE) is a public-private partnership initiative intended to support the training and capacity building needs of the statea€?s youth. Because the first two groups of Bihar government officials were ready to undergo training, CoE sought a quick-to-deploy computing solution that was both affordable and energy-efficient, and required less space. The effort led to the establishment of the regiona€?s most eco-friendly training facility.

Prestigious US DOS - IVLP Recognition in 2014

Our Co-founder Mr. Prabhat Kumar Sinha was invited by United States Department of State under the most prestigious International Visitor Leadership Exchange Programme (IVLP) in 2014 to represent India in Cross Border Entrepreneurship Development of SAARC Countries. Prof. S. K. Sinha

CEDT, IISc, Bangalore

Prof. Sinha did his BE in Electrical Engineering from Bihar College of Engineering, Patna (now NIT, Bihar) in 1967 and joined the Indian Railways. However, his heart was in academics and he came to the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in 1977 where he did BE in Electrical Engineering and then was offered a research position leading to PhD. Prof. Sinha was offered a faculty position in the Department of Electrical engineering at IISc where he worked till 1995. He set up a new Parallel Computing Lab in the EE department and most of his research efforts were directed towards applying the parallel and distributed computing techniques for industrial drive applications. He then moved over to the Centre for Electronics Design and Technology (CEDT) at IISc where he set up an Embedded Systems Laboratory. The Lab has now matured into a leading training and development centre in the area of embedded computing. He has held various administrative positions at IISc, the most significant being his 4-year stint as the Associate Chairman and then another 4 years as the Chairman of the Centre for Scientific and Industrial Consultancy, which is the primary window of IISc to the outside world. His current research interests are in the broad area of embedded systems. However, most of his efforts are directed towards product development and not into pure research.

Dr. Piyush Kumar Sinha

Dr. Piyush Kumar Sinha joined Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad after a 20-year service in academics and industry. Prior to joining this Institute, he was the Dean at Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA). He has also taught at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and XIM, Bhubaneswar.

Prabhat Kumar Sinha

Co-founder and Director of the Board of ASTRIC Computers (India) Private Limited. He holds B.E degree in Computer Science & Technology. He has been one of the flag bearers of the group since inception with enterprising and natural ability to take risks and build upon dreams having a wide experience of almost three decades in IT industry. He is one of a distinguished professional in the state known for his devotion and abilities as first generation entrepreneurs. Is a graduate engineer (Electronics) in 1990. Rimjhim Singh

Holds a M.Sc. degree from Burdwan University, West Bengal. She has an extensive administrative and managerial skill as a leading women entrepreneur in the state. Her focus is to empowering women and organizing various workshops in line with the motivational skill for inclusive growth. Her efforts towards capacity building of honing the employability skills of the youth across the state with special focus on under privileged masses is remarkable. She is one of the pillars in the organisation who has the skill set of managing home, office and collaborative sessions of officials and students on a very limited time lines and has always excelled in all the fields.


Kiran Gupta

Is a graduate with work experience of around 20 years. She is one of the architects for the group who has been responsible for the overall management of accounts, logistics, Human Resource and day to day centre activities, infrastructure and program co-ordination. She is the jewel for the group in taking the leap towards the major objective of women empowerment and team building initiatives required in motivating the youth. She is another pillars of the organisation with expertise in management and logistics. Her focus is to empowering women and organizing various workshops in live with the motivational skill for inclusive growth and becoming self-dependant.


Rajeev Ranjan

Is the CIO cum Master Trainer with Astric group. He is BE in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA), with knowledge of JAVA Advanced, Post Graduate Diploma in Information & System Management (PGDISM), Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM)keen researcher and mind blowing trainer today in the IT industry, successfully fulfilling responsibilities in the system study, development, implementation stages of various projects. Worked as Senior Executive at TCS Ltd. (Previously TATA INFOTECH) and Earlier as Customer Support Manager at Wipro Infotech (East Region) - 8 Years Was involved in managing / heading local service franchisee which had the base of 200+ UNIX Servers installed at different Govt. Organisations and 10+ SUN Servers installed at different Corporate Sectors. Orientation And Training

To help you become familiar with the Company and our way of doing things, the Company will provide an orientation and training session within the first few days after you begin work. Some of the content of the session will depend in large part on the nature of your responsibilities, while other parts will be applicable to all employees. In addition, the Company may periodically offer additional training or educational programs. Some programs may be voluntary, while others will be required.

Hours Of Work

The workweek is generally from Monday to Friday with normal operating hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with one hour for lunch.


Because of the nature of our business, your job may periodically require overtime work. If the Company requires that you work overtime, we will give you as much advance notice as possible. You should not work overtime hours without prior approval by your immediate supervisor or the designated manager.
