Campus Connect Certificate Program is specifically designed for those who are perusing their academics and wish to excel in advanced technologies, to upgrade their skills and want to pursue their project work during summer or winter vacation. The goal of this Campus Connect Certificate Programme (CCCP) is to cover all the essential steps involved in Programming Approach. The mission has been conceptualized and evolved keeping in view the ever-increasing computing demand of the scientific and academic community in the country specifically for the youth. We have created a new channel of Entrepreneurship across Bihar which resulted in huge employment in the field of ICT Solutions. Services. We support start-up companies to jump start their business venture in Bihar at our incubation and so far successfully incubated many top companies like TCS-iON, CSM Technologies, Navkar Centre for Skills, Nevaeh Technologies, Laurus Edutech. These companies are now operating in Bihar and developed many folds offering enormous employment and giving impetus to new upcoming start-up ventures and entrepreneurs. Our objective is “Inclusive Growth” and to cater to the growing need of building upon the huge pool of human resources in Bihar. "Kushal Yuva Program" (KYP) under Bihar Chief Ministers “आर्थिक हल युवाओं को बल” for youth aged between 15 to 28 years is the front runner under this category. C-DAC ACTS Bihar Project for imparting certificate courses and Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing for the candidates belonging to minority, SC, ST and OBC category is our inclusive development project. Breaking the barriers of age, gender & education for imparting Digital Literacy (AGE) among armed forces employees, family and dependents @ Army HQ JH & Bihar Sub Area, Danapur is our social project.

Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) has launched a unique skill training programme by the name of "Kushal Yuva Program" which would enhance the employability Skills of all aspirants in the age group of 15-28 years who have passed at least 10th Class irrespective of their having attained higher education or their currently pursuing higher education. Soft Skills training would comprise of Life skills, Communications Skills (English & Hindi) and Basic computer literacy which in turn would enhance their employability and act as a value add to the various domain specific training endeavours currently being implemented in Bihar. We have Partnered with Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) under Department of Labour Resources, Government of Bihar to assist in skilling the youth under the aegis of Chief Ministers 7 Resolves “आर्थिक हल युवाओं को बल” and running various Block Skill Development Centres across Bihar – Patna, Danapur, Bhojpur, Saran, Sonepur, Nalanda, Samastipur and, Aurangabad. Department of Information Technology, Government of Bihar in association with Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) A Scientific Society of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) Government of India invites application for admission to Certificate Courses in the area of Network Security(CCNS), Advanced Web Technology(CAWT) and Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing (PG-DAC) for the candidates from SC, ST and OBC category having domicile in the State of Bihar. We are implementing this Project in Bihar of C-DAC Advanced Computing School (ACTS) as their Authorised Training Centre (ATC) in Patna. As per the approval, we are conducting certificate courses in Network Security, Advanced Web Technologies and Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing for the SC,ST and OBC aspirational sections of society.

Bihar State Minority Financial Corporation Department of Minority Welfare, Government of Bihar and Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) are conducting Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing of duration six months(900 hours) and Certificate Courses in the areas of Advanced Web Technology and Network Security each of four month duration (320 hours) for the candidates belonging to Minority Communities Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain and Parsis belonging to state of Bihar. These Certificate and Diploma Courses are sponsored under “Mukhyamantri Shram Vikas Yogna” and a stipend of Rs. 1500/- per month is also provided during their course.

Astric - Centre of Excellence is the C-DAC ATC (Authorised Training Centre) and local implementing partner in this project is working in ICT domain since over two decades. They are leading ICT and Skill Development Institution which endeavours in Social Transformation by dedicating their expertise towards Digital Solutions, Skill Development and maximizing outreach to the aspirations masses and unemployed youths at large with an ethos of inclusive development.

Hon’ble Union Minister of Law and Justice, Electronics and Information Technology Shri. Ravi Shankar Prasad has inaugurated this sponsored advanced IT training programme for Minority communities in Bihar from the premises of C-DAC ATC Patna in Dec 2018. Minorities Welfare has sponsored these high-end trainings programmes of C-DAC courses to minority candidates of Bihar domicile. Bihar State Minorities Financial Corporation Limited under Department of Minorities Welfare has signed a MoU with C-DAC to collaborate and conduct 06 months PGDAC (Post Graduate Diploma Course) and 04 months certificate courses in Advanced Web Technology (CAWT) and Network Security (CCNS) for the candidates belonging minority communities of Bihar.

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) implemented by National Skill Development Corporation. The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) .

We have collaborated with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship in 2016 with an aim to promote skill development across the state. Astric is one of the non-funded NSDC partners from Bihar for vocational training initiatives. Our PMKVY Centres are spread across various districts of Bihar and our team is working continuously to expand the network to optimise the reach. We are imparting training and employment linked programme in various IT, Electronics and Accounts domains. The mandate is to enable support systems such as quality assurance, information systems and train the trainer academies. We are also implementing projects under PMKVY – CSSM components in various vocational domains in 10 districts of Bihar.

These trainings are specially customised for Government, departments, corporations and technical institutions. We design a wide range of corporate trainings in association with C-DAC ACTS, Pune as per client requirements. We impart these specialised training in various domain of IT and Computing, Accounts, English & Soft Skills, Team Building & Leadership, Cyber Security, Investigation & Forensic, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IOT), Machine Learning (ML) and Cloud Computing to the department officials as a part of our corporate Programme in today’s digital scenario.

These trainings are specially customised for Government, departments, corporations and technical institutions. We design a wide range of corporate trainings in association with C-DAC ACTS, Pune as per client requirements. We also impart summer internship and projects to the aspiring youths as a part of our corporate training under the Campus Connect Programme. Advanced web technologies, Cyber Security, AI, IOT, ML and Cloud Computing courses are in high demand in today’s digital scenario.

We have started our capacity building journey with a tie-up with State IT Nodal Agency Bihar State Electronics Corporation (BELTRON) and our first project was for training of officials of Education department officials on communication, presentation and soft skills in year 2009. Then we did a series of IT capacity building and Communicative English training programmes for the newly recruited officials of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC 48-52 Batch) Seeds Corporation, faculties of all Govt. of Bihar ITI English Instructors under Labour Resources Department, Ex-Servicemen and their dependants to name a few ...

We started this initiative with the need gap analysis, counselling and understanding the Digital awareness/literacy to ensure digital awareness in every ARMY personnel house hold and engage in various capacity building training courses of their interest. We imparted a series of capacity building, IT and accounts related training for the Ex-Servicemen and their dependants in association at Arrah and Patna with State IT Nodal Agency Bihar State Electronics Corporation (BELTRON). The training helped them in fulfilling the increasing demand of retired young and middle aged servicemen and their dependents for acquiring skills required for re-employment & Entrepreneurship to assist rising up in life for better empowerment towards Digital India vision.

The guidelines of effective implementation of such a curriculum in Bihar context clearly states that the use of Skills required for survival using Soft Skills and Life Skills in improving their own performance. In service sector the survival is tough and in the community getting empowered in a rapidly changing world has become mandatory. Astric Group and Department of Post have enjoyed a relationship since 2012 when we trained almost 700+ officials for them in Patna, Gaya and Vaishali. We use learning equipment and study materials which includes computer programs that are of immense educational value and are interactive and experimental in nature for enabling the skillset required to survive the testing times for the unforeseen future in this field in years to come apart from Soft Skills, Life Skills, Medidation, Yoga etc.

Life encapsulation with Soft Skills (LESS) is an approach to equip the trainees with the basic of Life and Soft Skills for making them explore the global world within the department and bring them into the mainstream. Competency in such skill sets will help the trainee officials in immediate work effectiveness and entrepreneurial development; data handling on a day-to-day basis in an office environment for handling all sorts of government need and services. It is an innovative way to make them skilled enough in the emerging sector challenges and will help them in increasing productivity and excellence in their respective domains. In today’ world the changing of technology is becoming a barrier as the age of the client vis-à-vis the service provider is changing rapidly and the statement that “nothing but change is constant” is becoming alarmingly bigger. We need to adapt to change or else survival will become tough in days to come and nothing but training at regular intervals is a must.
